How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email. This lets you track orders, save your shipping info for faster checkout, and get updates on new Western gear that matches your style.
I forgot my password. What should I do?

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two reliable ways to get your Western gear:
  • Standard Express Delivery ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch – perfect for time-sensitive rodeo gear
  • Free Trail Ride Shipping (via EMS on orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch – great for non-urgent orders
How long does order processing take?
We take 1-2 days to personally check each item – from horse blankets to men’s belts – ensuring it meets our quality standards before carefully packaging it for its journey to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes indeed! We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas in Asia and locations with import restrictions on Western goods. If you’re unsure about your location, just send a message to [email protected].
Can I track my order of kids’ cowboy hats?
Absolutely! You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For EMS shipments, tracking may take 2-3 days to activate in the system – like waiting for a stubborn mule to get moving!

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 15 days of delivery for items in original condition (excluding shipping costs). Special note for hat care products and horse therapy items: These must be unopened for return due to health and safety regulations.
How do I return an item that doesn’t fit?
Just send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process smoother than a well-broken saddle. Include the item(s) you’re returning in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider – usually about 5-10 business days.

Product Care

How should I care for my felt cowboy hat?
Store it upside down on its crown, keep it away from extreme heat, and use our hat care products to maintain its shape and quality. A well-cared-for hat can last longer than your favorite pair of boots!
What’s the best way to clean horse tack?
